          Processing Time

          Before shipping your order, normally FoviClub needs 3-5 days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items, so the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

          Shipping Methods and Service Areas

          We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States and selected European countries.

          United States: Orders are shipped via UPS. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

          Europe: Orders are delivered by local or regional shipping carriers selected according to the destination country and delivery address. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on local availability and service coverage.

          Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link. Tracking information may take some time to become available after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

          Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

          For orders shipped to European countries, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

          Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery time by your address and order. We may ship your order with separate packages, items that have inventory will be shipped first.

          ＊Please note that Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.
